Lockdown again ...
As of 23rd October Wales has been put into another lockdown for two weeks - November 9th.
What exceptional and challenging times we have all witnessed during these past few months, but right now, we are just delighted to be opening and returning to some sense of normality. Our county of powys is recognised as a very low risk area - We would like to keep it that way, so we implore you to enjoy all we can offer with good common sense and safety.
The team is thrilled to be back after such a long break and eager to get going on what they do best……looking after all of our guests in the charming, personal yet professional way that's at the heart of everything we do. The gardens, grounds, public areas and rooms have all had a good spruce up and look fresh and inviting.
Our first priority is to keep everyone safe, that's you our guests, but also our team. We see this as a partnership of trust, so we ask you to please play your part in keeping everyone safe. In return, we will all be doing the same for you.
This is new territory for us too, we would ask you to be patient with the team if you are visiting, there is a chance some things might be a little less snappy than usual while we all get used to the new way of doing things!
We want the summer to be as normal as possible - so if you are visiting us, spend loads of time outdoors on the terraces, in the grounds and the wide-open spaces of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Do talk to us, relax and enjoy some time in the wonderful place that we call home.
Above all, thank you for your unfailing support during this tricky time - your kind messages and patience have kept us all going. To those that have made a booking over the next couple of months, we very much appreciate that you have made making a visit to us one of your first post lockdown priorities.
We have compiled a Covid safe document that hopefully will allow you to enjoy a safe check-in, stay, dine and spa
All our very best wishes
Sean, Glyn, Jess & our teams
