Wedding Open Day..

We shall be hosting our seasonal wedding open day on Sunday 28th February 2010 - if you are getting married then a visit to see what has made The Manor such a favourite for over 40 years is a must.

It has been known for some couples to push their wedding date back a year or two, just so they can get married at The Manor. So we know we are doing something right!

However, we can’t take all the credit. The Manor, with its gardens, surrounding countryside and perfect location in the Brecon Beacons National Park is a major reason why we have been one of the most popular wedding destinations in Wales for decades.

Within our 18th Century country Manor House, your reception will be individually styled to meet your personal requirements. We even have our very own talented, in-house florist Mairwen Mackintosh who is vastly experienced at turning your floral dreams into reality - take a look at some of her work here. You can obviously also expect excellent food, treated with care and attention, with much of the meat and poultry reared on our own farm.

A friendly, dedicated, experienced team will help you with your planning and to ensure your special day is all that you dreamed it would be.

Recently we have noticed there is a growing trend of brides choosing autumn or winter weddings instead of summer weddings. With our unrivalled position in the Brecon Beacons national park winter weddings at the Manor are very romantic, grand and personal, as well as standing out from the many summer weddings that are held each year.

Beautifully decorated for the festive season, the Manor is truly stunning. The shorter days and darker nights bring out warming mulled wine, flickering candlelight, and it's an ideal opportunity to gather family and friends together over the holiday season to celebrate your marriage.
