Needless-to-say, because of our location on the southern edge of the Black Mountains and in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park, many of our guests visit us for the superb walking, hiking, cycling, kayaking, gorge walking and fishing, or to simply enjoy being here!

Being the only hotel in the area to have a leisure suite, you can relax sore, achy muscles either in our pool, sauna, steam room, or Jacuzzi. For the more enthusiastic guest, workout in our gym, where qualified fitness instructors are on hand to discuss any questions you may have.

However, you may wish to do nothing at all apart from relax and eat.

If that’s not enough, you also have the opportunity to use the spa at our nearby sister hotel Peterstone Court. Where its design introduces a place of calm, so you can slow-down, unwind and be pampered, allowing you a little well deserved ‘me’ time.
