Cancellation Policy

Notice periods for cancellations of accommodation are detailed below:

1 - 4 room nights 2 days
5 – 7 room nights 1 week
8 -12 room nights 2 weeks
12 and over 4 weeks

Room nights are defined as number of rooms reserved multiplied by the number of nights they are reserved for.

We understand that occasionally cancellations are unavoidable. Therefore we will only charge for cancelled rooms within the policy, should we be financially disadvantaged as a result.

Non residential conferences should be cancelled no less than two weeks prior, to avoid any cancellation charges. After the two week period a 100% charge will apply.

We suggest travel insurance is taken out for peace of mind.
